No, we provide opinions and consultation for both the defendants and plaintiff, depending on the evidence of the case. Currently, we represent plaintiffs in approximately 60% of cases. That number changes as the cases change.

Generally not, however, we do occasionally teach dog management techniques to private citizens, municipal shelters and rescue groups. This is done on a very selective basis.

We customize our training seminars to the specific need(s) of the requesting agency. Our training involves safety, temperament testing, grouping, dog management, and a deep dive into dog and human psychology.

We provide a video and written expert report (affidavit) as to the results of our comprehensive behavioral assessment.

On a very limited basis we accept private individual clients when our schedule permits.

We usually request a short (1 to 2 minute) iPhone video of the unwanted behavior. Based on the behaviors, we have a no-cost phone consultation to determine if we can be helpful to your individual situation. No, we are not a shelter or rescue group, so we do not have the capacity to rescue or foster dogs.
